Achievement in Hunan Smart Factory
Recently, Xuxian Future announced exciting news from its newly established smart factory in Hunan, where the first batch of Mini LED display boxes has been successfully powered on. This marks the third new display product smart factory in Xuxian Future’s national layout to achieve mass production.
The construction of the Hunan smart factory project commenced on July 28, 2023, and within nine months, the project’s engineering and equipment installation were completed, meeting production requirements.
With the successful launch of the first batch of Mini LED display boxes, the Mini LED module project has officially entered its production expansion phase, with the factory capable of producing 66,000 square meters of Mini LED display modules annually.
Advanced COB Technology
Xuxian Future stated that its Mini LED display modules utilize COB (Chip-on-Board) technology, employing mass transfer techniques to directly package micro light-emitting chips onto PCB circuit boards.
Xuxian Future remains committed to the close integration of technological research and industrialization. To date, the company has established five production bases across Shandong, Hunan, Jiangxi, Anhui, and Zhejiang, achieving an annual production capacity of 100,000 square meters for LED modules.
Among these, the smart factories in Shandong and Jiangxi have already scaled up to serve the market. With the Hunan factory now in mass production and the ongoing construction of facilities in Anhui and Zhejiang, Xuxian Future’s LED module annual capacity is expected to reach 350,000 square meters by 2025.
