Expansion of Production Facilities
On July 16, VueReal, a developer of Micro LED technology, unveiled plans for significant business expansion, which includes doubling its production space and introducing an advanced production line to meet customer demand for Micro LED and other micro-displays.
Two-thirds of VueReal’s manufacturing space will be dedicated to the new production line, enabling the MicroSolid Printing™ solution to provide scalability for established display manufacturers as well as smaller custom firms. This new line will also offer customers a pathway to integrate the MicroSolid Printing™ technology platform into their facilities.
Innovations in Micro Solid Printing
VueReal focuses on developing Micro LED micro-displays and has created a continuous pixelized micro-printing technology capable of printing over one billion LEDs in less than ten minutes on large glass substrates (4.5 generation and above). This technology is designed for producing high pixel density displays with high yield and ease of design.

Automotive Market Participation
VueReal has emerged as a key player in the automotive sector, providing Micro LED display and lighting solutions for automotive products. In April of this year, VueReal partnered with Continental Group to launch Micro LED in-car display products, revealing that the company is currently focused on automotive display production. The annual production capacity has been increased to approximately two million Micro LED displays to meet the demand in the automotive display market.
Strategic Expansion into Consumer Markets
Building on its success in the automotive field, VueReal is strategically expanding into the consumer market, leveraging its MicroSolid Printing™ platform to target wearable devices, televisions, IT applications, and augmented reality (AR) products.
Progress in Micro LED Commercialization
This year, the development of Micro LED has become a hot topic in the industry, with supply chain and end-user companies accelerating their exploration of Micro LED commercialization. Currently, the primary focus for Micro LED commercialization is in automotive lighting and displays, micro-displays, and large screens.
In automotive lighting, vehicles such as the NIO ET9, Porsche Cayenne, Volkswagen Touareg high-end models, SAIC Volkswagen Tiguan L Pro, and Buick Wildcat concept car have adopted Micro LED lighting technology. In terms of automotive displays, multiple companies, including Tianma, Sitron, and AUO, are speeding up development and have showcased Micro LED automotive display products at several recent exhibitions.
The main application scenarios for Micro LED in micro-displays include AR glasses, virtual reality (VR) headsets, and smartwatches. So far, ten models of Micro LED AR glasses have entered the market, and TAG Heuer has achieved mass production of Micro LED smartwatches.
The application of Micro LED technology in large screens is primarily focused on Micro LED televisions and video wall products; nearly ten companies, including Samsung, LG, and Sony, have launched Micro LED television or video wall products.
