Overview of the Micro LED Patent
Recently, Hubei Sinyopto Co., Ltd. announced that its patent for “an LED substrate and display module” has entered the authorization stage.
Micro LED Patent Details
This application pertains to an LED substrate and display module. The LED substrate comprises a glass carrier plate, with a conductive circuit arranged on the first surface of the glass carrier plate. An HDI (High-Density Interconnect) circuit board is firmly attached to the second surface of the glass carrier plate, electrically connecting the HDI circuit board to the conductive circuit on the glass carrier plate. The first and second surfaces are located on opposite sides of the glass carrier plate.

Technological Advancements
This application innovatively integrates the glass carrier plate with the HDI circuit board and arranges the conductive circuits on the glass carrier plate. The surface precision and flatness of the glass carrier plate are significantly superior to those of the HDI circuit board. This advancement facilitates the secure placement of chips and enables application in Micro LED displays, addressing the technical challenge of applying multi-layer HDI circuit boards in Micro LED display technologies.
