On March 19, Huawei launched its latest V5 and V5 Pro 75-inch smart screens, priced at $1,400 and $1,960, respectively. The bundled package of the Huawei V5 75-inch screen and the Lingxi pointing remote control is available for $1,530.

Performance: Both smart screens are powered by the Honghu 900 processor, featuring 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The Honghu 900 processor offers a 200% increase in CPU performance and a 160% boost in GPU performance compared to the previous generation Honghu 818 processor, with NPU computing power reaching 4T.
Display: Both the Huawei V5 Pro 75 and V5 75 smart screens utilize Huawei’s Super MiniLED technology. These screens achieve 95% DCI-P3 coverage and a peak brightness of 1,100 nits with a color accuracy of ΔE.
Memory: The V5 Pro 75 features a 6GB + 128GB memory configuration, while the V5 75 comes with a 6GB + 64GB setup.
Audio: The V5 Pro is equipped with an immersive 50W 3.1.2 surround sound system, consisting of left, center, and right channels, a 30W subwoofer, and two 10W overhead channels for a richer sound experience. The V5, on the other hand, comes with a 45W 2.1 channel audio system. Both models feature six built-in microphones, support far-field voice interaction, Audio Vivid, and utilize differential suspension bass design with reflective overhead sound.
Other Features: Both smart screens are compatible with Huawei’s new Lingxi pointing remote control, which enables 720P/1080P upscaling to 4K using the Honghu AI Super Resolution Pro technology. They support dual-band Wi-Fi 5, and offer HDMI 2.1, USB 3.0 ports, 1080P video calling, remote assistance, and multi-party calls.
