For example, in the first half of this year, Quantum Wafer Technology significantly expanded both its epitaxial wafer and chip production capacity, with additional capacity under construction. China) launched high-performance MOCVD equipment for mass production of Mini LEDs and plans to increase its annual capacity by 200 units through its R&D and production base in Nanchang. Furthermore, Guangdong Guangda Group, Sanan Optoelectronics, and Chipshine Optoelectronics are also making substantial capital investments in the Mini/Micro LED display field, pushing total industry investment into the “tens of billions” RMB level, reflecting strong corporate confidence in this emerging sector.
