    I. Indoor Display Platform

In the indoor display platform, where smaller pixel pitch products are typically required, BOE MLED business highlighted several representative products designed to meet various application needs. With production lines in Zhuhai and equipment technology upgrades, the BOE MLED business debuted the Pro and Ultra versions of its BYH-COB products.

    1. BYH-COB PRO P0.9

The BYH PRO P0.9 series is an upgraded version of the BYH-COB, featuring a large panel module design. The single module size increased from 8.9 inches to 14.5 inches, reducing the number of seams and improving installation efficiency. This enhancement also improves the product’s overall aesthetics, and the brightness has increased to 1200 nits.

Additionally, the high-transparency film design used in this product is the highest in the industry, applying low-power driving technology. With a brightness of 600 nits, the power consumption is only 183W, and it also achieves a cold-screen effect, promoting an eco-friendly and energy-efficient brand image while reducing operating costs. To meet multi-scene applications, the surface is treated with anti-glare coating to minimize environmental light interference and improve dark-state viewing. The product’s ACR reaches 10,000:1 at 10 lux.

    2. BYH-COB Ultra P0.9

The BYH-COB ULTRA P0.9 series, a high-end flagship product customized by BOE MLED business, adopts advanced optical packaging technology. It achieves a breakthrough in contrast ratio (ACR) under 10 lux ambient light, reaching ACR ≥ 20,000:1, compared to the BYH-COB Pro. With proprietary anti-glare reflective film material, the contrast ratio reaches the highest level in the industry, offering deep black levels and reducing black-state brightness by 60%. This extreme black-state technology enhances the visual experience, giving the screen a cutting-edge technological feel. Additionally, the brightness has been increased to 1500 nits, and the product features a 7680Hz high refresh rate for flicker-free viewing. Coupled with a 99% DCI-P3 wide color gamut solution, it ensures optimal display performance.

    3. Rental Ease BTY-B P2.9

The Rental Ease BTY-B P2.9 is designed for the global professional display market, offering pixel pitches from 1.9mm to 3.9mm to meet different rental needs. The product is modular, ensuring easy installation and dismantling, and features outstanding color performance and high refresh rates. It is ideal for exhibitions, performances, and other event spaces.

In terms of energy efficiency, the Rental Ease BTY-B P2.9 product consumes low power and delivers high performance, saving significant energy costs for customers.

    4. Commercial Creative Splicing BSL P1.9

The Commercial Creative Splicing BSL P1.9 is a high-brightness SMD product designed for the overseas market with a pixel pitch of 1.9mm. The dual-level brightness ensures clear display in high-light environments (800 nits/3500 nits). The lightweight die-cast aluminum structure reduces installation and maintenance costs, with a single module weighing 2.7kg. It supports 45-degree corner splicing and is widely used in advertising, commercial displays, and creative environments. The front maintenance design and multiple installation options (suspension, wall mounting, and array layouts) make it suitable for various application scenarios.

    5. Micro MPD P0.9mm

In November 2024, BOE MLED business launched the Micro LED Wafer Manufacturing and Packaging Test Base in Zhuhai, the world’s first Micro LED production line capable of mass production. The Micro MPD series is a core product of this cutting-edge facility, leading the industry in production yield and significantly improving display contrast and color temperature consistency through high-transparency packaging technology.

The Micro MPD product, designed for ultra-large and ultra-small size high-definition displays, represents a significant breakthrough in BOE MLED business’s Micro LED portfolio. Its high-transparency packaging increases contrast by 50%, eliminates module color bias, and enhances color accuracy and consistency, marking an important step in the BOE MLED business’s Micro LED innovations.

II. Outdoor Display Platform: The Perfect Combination of High Brightness and Durability

Outdoor High Brightness BYB4 Plus P4.4mm

For outdoor displays, BOE MLED business demonstrated the BYB4 Plus P4.4, which boasts extremely high brightness and excellent durability, suitable for display needs in harsh environments.

The product features an aluminum alloy structure that ensures lightness and enhances the product’s aesthetics with strong lines. The aluminum material’s superior heat dissipation efficiency, combined with the product’s professional channel heat dissipation design, enables stable operation without the need for additional air conditioning. This innovation extends the product’s lifespan and reduces overall costs.

In terms of display, the BYB4 Plus P4.4 can achieve brightness up to 10,000 nits, ensuring clear visuals even in direct sunlight. It also features excellent color consistency (≥97%), a refresh rate over 3840Hz, and a color gamut of ≥97% DCI-P3, with 16-bit grayscale.

The BYB4 Plus P4.4 has an energy-saving design, reducing power consumption by 30% to 50% compared to traditional products, saving customers more than $60,000 annually for a 300m² display running 12 hours a day. It offers creative installation solutions, including curved and 90-degree seamless angles, and is IP65-rated for maximum protection against outdoor elements.

III. Creative Display Applications: Ushering in a New Era of Virtual Shooting

    Virtual Shooting Solutions

With the rise of virtual shooting, XR technology has become a new field of LED application. The BOE MLED business showcased its virtual shooting solution, capable of seamlessly switching between flat and curved surfaces. It supports customized angles from 0 to ±5 degrees. The product boasts a high scanning rate of 8 scans, with a 7680Hz refresh rate, 1800 nits brightness, and a 97% DCI-P3 color gamut, delivering a top-tier viewing experience.

At the exhibition, BOE MLED business once again demonstrated its innovation and leadership in the Mini/Micro LED technology field. From indoor and outdoor displays to creative applications, BOE MLED business continues to push the boundaries of technology, expanding its application scenarios and offering users around the world a more immersive visual experience.

    Conclusion

Through this exhibition, BOE MLED once again showcased its innovation and leadership in the Mini/Micro LED technology sector. From indoor and outdoor displays to creative applications, BOE MLED continues to push the boundaries of technology, expanding its application scenarios and striving to deliver more impressive visual experiences to global users.
