Recently, INNO LASER successfully delivered its first Micro LED mass transfer equipment to a leading client. This marks a significant milestone in the company’s Micro LED business, which is now on track for commercial deployment.
The delivered equipment is a laser die removal system, a key process in the “Peel-Transfer-Die Removal-Die Repair-Bonding” production line. Its primary function is to utilize advanced laser beam shaping and focusing technologies, combined with platform control systems, to accurately and efficiently remove defective chips, foreign particles, and residual adhesives. This ensures that the die is free from damage and contamination, playing a crucial role in improving the yield and efficiency of the mass transfer and repair processes.
Currently, the company has completed the development of critical equipment and processes covering the entire “Peel-Transfer-Die Removal-Die Repair-Bonding” production line. It has also validated the necessary materials and is now able to meet customers’ prototyping requirements, beginning discussions with multiple clients.

With internationally advanced solid-state UV and deep UV lasers and optical systems, along with a deep understanding of the interaction between light and materials and fully self-developed product capabilities, the company’s mass transfer production line is expected to offer significant advantages in performance, cost, and customization. INNO LASER aims to accelerate the commercialization of Micro LED technology in collaboration with industry partners.
