On December 18th, Ingentec Corporation held a groundbreaking ceremony at its third comprehensive production base in Miaoli (Ingentec Factory 3). The project is planned to manufacture specialty gases, TGV glass substrates, and Micro LED light-emitting components and displays. Once all products are in production, the total output value is expected to exceed NT$5 billion (approximately $160 million).
About Ingentec Corporation
Ingentec Corporation is a specialized manufacturer of advanced materials. The company’s main products include semiconductor process specialty gas manufacturing, specialty gas application processing services (wafer rebirth), and composite metal material substrate manufacturing (copper magnetic chips and related products).
According to Ingentec, the specialty gas factory at Factory 3 is expected to be completed by the first half of 2026, while other production projects are currently in the planning and implementation stages. Once all products are in production, the overall output value is expected to exceed NT$5 billion (approximately $160 million).

Ingentec’s Specialty Gases and Micro LED Manufacturing
Ingentec’s specialty gas products are used in critical processes such as the front-end and back-end packaging of semiconductors and the front-end of flat panel display manufacturing. Additionally, the company is focused on wafer technology development and processing services, as well as the development and manufacturing of light-emitting components for Micro LED displays.
In 2023, Ingentec acquired a 70% stake in Taiwan’s Chip Electric, entering the technical development and manufacturing of wet chemicals such as photoresist stripping liquids (Stripper). In 2024, Ingentec established Chuangshi Media Technology Co., Ltd., marketing Ingentec’s self-manufactured Micro LED displays.
Micro LED and Transvivi Pixel Technology
Ingentec’s Micro LED manufacturing includes the production of Transvivi Pixel light-emitting components, as well as the assembly of these components into Transvivi display screens. The company has already demonstrated a 110-inch Micro LED display using Transvivi Pixel technology, targeting the large display market, including exhibition venues, sports arenas, and large theaters.
In addition to Micro LED technology, Ingentec’s Factory 3 is primarily focused on expanding the scale of investment in the synthesis and purification of C4F6, a specialty gas used in semiconductor 3D NAND FLASH and wafer etching processes, which are vital materials for integrated circuit manufacturing.
TGV Glass Substrates for Advanced Packaging
TGV glass substrates, which serve as the base for AI chip advanced packaging, have applications in 5G and 6G communication, as well as medical chips, low Earth orbit satellite RF components, and high-frequency communication antennas. TGV glass substrates LADY VE and LADY 6688 have already received numerous sample requests.
Financial Performance
In terms of financial performance, Ingentec reported combined revenue of NT$80.63 million (approximately $2.58 million) in November 2024, a decrease of 14.14% compared to the previous month but a 22.66% increase compared to the same period last year. The total accumulated revenue from January to November 2024 was NT$930 million (approximately $29.8 million), an increase of 24.38% compared to the same period last year.
