HKC Group is one of China’s top four large-sized LCD panel manufacturers, focusing on semiconductor display core components and integrated smart IoT services. The Mini-LED Project will produce high-end Mini-LED direct display modules and high-end Mini-LED backlight modules, which are widely used in displays, mobile phones, tablets, and automotive displays. The High-Power Chip Heat Dissipation Packaging and Testing Project serves industries such as semiconductor display, new energy, automotive electronics, and communication technologies, acting as a critical upstream supporting industry for new display and automotive electronics.
