Nanjing Venture Capital Group recently announced that its direct investment company, Nanjing Guangqi Image Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guangqi Image“), has successfully completed a new round of financing worth several million USD. This round was led by Yuanhe Puhua.


Established in November 2020, Guangqi Image focuses on the development, production, and sales of innovative display product testing equipment in the optoelectronics and display field. The company is committed to providing high-quality products and services for the display testing industry. Currently, the company has successfully developed several domestically pioneering visual and optical testing systems, and provides mass production online testing equipment and solutions for Micro OLED, Micro LED, and VR/AR display products.
According to the official website, Guangqi Image’s Micro LED measurement system is specifically designed for Mini LED and Micro LED products ranging from 0.1 to 30 inches. It can detect luminous defects in light-emitting diodes (LEDs) while synchronously outputting key optical data. The system is equipped with a 151M high-resolution color camera and macro zoom lens, supporting 4K resolution to ensure testing accuracy.
The Micro OLED measurement system, on the other hand, adopts a 151M camera with a spectral dual-in-one design and supports 4K resolution. Through the color camera, it determines the brightness and color of black screen bright spots and uses the Mura JND quantification method to effectively detect both front and side view Mura defects. This system is suitable for 8/12-inch wafers and Micro OLED products ranging from 0.1 to 2 inches.
Since 2022, the venture capital group has been a shareholder in Guangqi Image. Wang Shuli, General Manager of the Investment Department, stated that this financing will support the company in further enhancing its technical research and development capabilities. Guangqi Image possesses significant technical advantages in optical testing, calibration repair algorithms, and hardware design. The company hopes to continue optimizing product performance, enhancing market competitiveness, and expanding its domestic and international customer base.
