Recently, Guangzhou Dacai Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. signed a formal agreement for its MLED (COB/MIP) small-pitch LED display project, with a total investment of $275 million. This project will establish an MLED benchmark factory spanning over 13,000 square meters.

Dacai Optoelectronic is a high-tech enterprise that focuses on providing one-stop services for LED displays. In just four years since its establishment, the company has experienced rapid growth and has become an essential supplier to several well-known domestic and international enterprises. Dacai Optoelectronic maintains an annual growth rate of over 30%, with approximately 20,000 square meters of LED displays shipped worldwide each year.
Jin Li, the General Manager of Zhejiang Dacai Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., shared that during the past few years in Tongxiang, the business orders have grown rapidly, with both sales revenue and net profit increasing accordingly. With the launch of the Phase II project, the company expects sales revenue to reach $82 million this year. The company will set up multiple smart production lines and clean rooms with a grade of 1000, fully automating the production process of MLED products. This new project will transform the company into an MLED model factory in East China. Once fully operational later this year, the project is expected to achieve a monthly output of 8,000 square meters, with annual sales exceeding $68 million.

At the same time, Mr. Jin emphasized that, from the current market perspective, COB/MIP technology has become a transformative direction for small-pitch LED displays. The smaller the pixel pitch, the better the display effect, with higher clarity and stricter technical requirements.
Looking towards a higher-definition, slimmer, and smarter future, Dacai Optoelectronic is intensifying its research and development efforts in areas like VR and autostereoscopic displays. The company is actively expanding new application scenarios with the goal of achieving an output value scale of $137 million.
